As a prelude to the beautiful imperial festival planned at the Grosbois Estate on Sunday, September 18, the Cercle Historique de Boissy-Saint-Léger invites you to share with you the fruits of their research on this unknown passion of Napoleon I. A great lover of theatre and especially of tragedy, he is at the origin of many regulatory texts aimed at structuring this activity. A French doctor with a passion for the Napoleonic epic and author of reference works on Napoleon I and the Bonaparte family, Alain Goldcher notably published "Napoleon I: l'ultime autopsie" in 2012 and "Au chevet des Bonaparte" in 2020. His lecture will be followed by a moment of hangings and a signing session around his latest book "Au chevet des Bonaparte".
