Celebrated in the late 1960s, then abandoned and finally saved from destruction, the two small towers built in Ivry-Port by the architects of the Atelier de Montrouge are again inhabited. This documentary by Anne Rizzo questions the capacity of this emblematic architecture nourished by utopias to be «taken over» in another era and in a completely different urban context.
