On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Café Mulot opens its doors to celebrate and explore the French culinary heritage! The French gastronomic meal was classified in 2010 by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. What better way to celebrate it during these Heritage Days, in a place full of history and art, with representatives of French culinary know-how? The Café Mulot, located in the heart of the Maison de Victor Hugo, invites you to celebrate and explore the French culinary heritage through the know-how of the Maison Mulot (bakery, pastry and catering) and that of various artisans of the Marais. Through a walk in its romantic and tree-filled courtyard, each stage of the French meal will be honored. From the aperitif to the dessert by the unmissable cheese platter, visitors will have the opportunity to observe the chefs and artisans at work, to exchange with them on their knowledge-Come to this unusual place and share a unique moment at the Café Mulot!
This day will also be an opportunity to admire the ephemeral installation of the Paris Design Week for its last day!

Today Place des Vosges, the apartment occupied by Victor Hugo from 1832 to 1848, then Place Royale, traces the entire life of the writer through the three great periods that he himself set out in Actes et Paroles: before exile, during exile, since exile. Founded by Paul Meurice in 1902, who donated his collections to the City of Paris, the Maison de Victor Hugo has a large collection of drawings, paintings, photographs and sculptures.
