To tell the story of Spring is inevitably to enumerate the «first times». And to immerse oneself in its archives is to follow year after year the revolutions of commerce, but also of lifestyles and consumption. For the first time, Printemps exhibits its treasures, from 19th century catalogues to the logotypy goodies of the 1980s.

Founded in 1865 by a particularly visionary businessman, Jules Jaluzot, the Printemps department store on Boulevard Haussmann has an exceptional history.
