The parish of Ivry-Port was created in 1908. Several temporary chapels followed one another until the construction of a place of worship, now Lenin Street, in an old garage. This church survived until its destruction by fire in 2000. The architects Hindré and Riguet were then in charge of building a new building. Its baptistery is a pot used by the Christian Madeleine Delbrêl (1933-1964) for the manufacture of Spanish confectionery.
