Guided walk – Architectural walk, urban planning and sustainable development, the case of the Trapeze
The City of Boulogne-Billancourt has entrusted SPL Val de Seine Aménagement with the urban transformation of Renault’s former industrial site in Billancourt. This development operation, which covers 74 HA, or nearly 10% of the territory of the municipality, covers the areas of Seguin Island and Trapeze (the shore of Billancourt). It also focuses on urban renewal in the Pont de Sèvres district, in partnership with the National Agency for Urban Renewal (ANRU). OPERATION ZAC SEGUIN BANKS OF SEINE PAVILION OF PROJECTS The SPL Val de Seine Landscaping realizes public spaces (roads, parks, soft circulations...) brings the various networks and builds public facilities nearby (crèches, schools, media library...). These developments accompany the progress of the housing, office and commercial programs developed by the developers who acquired the land from Renault. The SPL coordinates all the stakeholders on the ZAC (dealers, promoters...). Finally, as the owner of the land on Seguin Island, the SPL ensures its development and markets the land charges (land and their development).
