MusVerre
76 rue du général de Gaulle 59216
MusVerre aims to support and disseminate contemporary glass art. With an exceptional building, entirely covered in blue stone, it presents a rare set of rubble, everyday objects full of fantasy and colors, created by the glassmakers of Sars-Pottery, as well as a unique collection of glass works by contemporary artists from all walks of life.
MusVerre offers regular temporary exhibitions, numerous activities and workshops for the whole family, discovery visits and occasional demonstrations of glass work.
The glass workshop is a unique place in Europe whose state-of-the-art equipment and the presence of international artists make it famous. A true creative hub, it welcomes artists in residence and internships all year round.
Next to the MusVerre, it offers an ideal environment, conducive to research and creation.
