"The court in all its states" is the theme chosen to celebrate the 2022 European Heritage Days at the Amiens courthouse.
On this occasion, the Amiens courthouse will open its doors on Saturday 17 September from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and on Sunday 18 September 2022 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm in order to welcome an audience wishing to discover the judicial institution.
On the program, guided tours of the historic halls: the Salle des Pas Perdus, the Salle d'Assises, the Grand Chambre and the Library with lectures on the history of the courthouse and the robes of the magistrates.
The visitors will be accompanied by magistrates, clerks and lawyers who will have at heart to make discover their profession, their daily life and the functioning of the judicial institution.
These one-hour guided tours, available free of charge, will only take place upon online reservation: https://www.billetweb.fr/journees-europeennes-du-patrimoine8 or by phone at 03.22.82.35.33 until Friday, September 16 (inclusive). On-site reservations will also be offered (subject to availability).
