Collegiate Saint-Florent, today parish church Saint Jean Baptiste, was established from 1274 on the location of a previous construction dating the beginning of the VIIth century which owed its origin to saint Florent, bishop of Strasbourg and founder of the monastery Benedictine of Haslach. The big(great) portal(gate) of 1310 offers a representation of the Annunciation, of the Crowning of the Virgin(Virgo) and of the legend of saint Florent. The collegiate of Niederhaslach possesses, after the cathedral of Strasbourg, the largest number of stained-glass windows of the XIIIth and XIVth centuries of all Alsace. The feature of these windows domiciles(resides) in the incredible bright intensity which they bring out(loosen), in particular the rosette of the western side, dated of 1325\. Stalls in finely wrought oak date the XVIIth century and the end of the XVIIIth century. In the old(former) collegiate cemetery are monuments the from XIVth centuries till XVIIIth centuries, as well as bas-relief of the Christ on the Mount of Olives of 1492.
