Old(Former) establishment of the members of a religious order of Saint Jean de Jérusalem, the building is partly rebuilt in the XVIth century (cellars under the main body) and altered in the XVIIIth century on the initiative of the commander (the left(awkward) wing and its internal decoration(set)). The building(ship) is acquired(bought back) in 1823 by the department to welcome the French administrative subdivision. To discover, the big(great) lounge(show) of the left(awkward) wing which offers a beautiful example of panels of height in painted oak, of the XVIIIth century.
