From Varennes-en-Argonne to the Petit Beurre of our childhood, including Nancy, the Lefèvre family marked the world of biscuit at the time of the industrial revolution. The Confiserie-Biscuiterie Lefèvre-Lemoine was founded in 1840 in Nancy by Antoine Lefèvre. His younger brother, Jean-Romain, founded the biscuit factory Lefèvre-Utile in Nantes in 1846.
You can discover the Lorraine family roots of the LU brand, the French biscuit leader.
