Entdecken Sie Objekte und Orte des jüdischen Lebens. Die Fotografien, die aus über fünfzig Jahren Studien des Generalinventars hervorgegangen sind, zeigen sowohl majestätische Zeugen außergewöhnlicher Architektur und hochwertiger Goldschmiedekunst als auch bescheidenere Gegenstände des täglichen Lebens, die manchmal aus den Genizoth stammen.
Von der Erinnerung an das Werk von Rachi (v. 1040-1105) bis hin zu den nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wiederaufgebauten Synagogen zeigt die Ausstellung die Vielfalt des jüdischen Kulturerbes in der Region Grand Est in aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten.

Come and discover objects and places of Jewish life. Based on more than fifty years of studies by the General Inventory, the photographs in this exhibition give as much importance to the majestic witnesses of exceptional architecture or quality silverware as to the more humble objects of daily life, sometimes from the genizoth.
From the evocation of the work of Rachi (c. 1040-1105) to the synagogues rebuilt after the Second World War, the exhibition presents the diversity of the heritage of Judaism in the Grand Est region in successive stages.

Frutto di oltre cinquant'anni di studi dell'Inventario generale, le fotografie che la compongono danno importanza tanto ai testimoni maestosi di un'architettura d'eccezione o di un'oreficeria di qualità quanto agli oggetti più umili della vita quotidiana, a volte provenienti dai genizoti.
Dall'evocazione dell'opera di Rachi (verso il 1040-1105) alle sinagoghe ricostruite dopo la seconda guerra mondiale, l'esposizione presenta per tocchi successivi la diversità patrimoniale dell'ebraismo nel Grande Oriente.
