On the occasion of the release of his book Quand je serai grand, je sera bilingue, Richard Weiss offers a review, as well as a reflection on bilingualism in school.

The conference proposed by Richard Weiss, a former teacher at the Robert Beltz College in Soultz, will highlight his commitment and that of an association of parents of students that has been working since the 1980s to bring bilingual classes to life in Alsace.
Since 1992, the city of Soultz has opened public classes on the so-called parity model.
Richard Weiss’ presentation will aim to inform his audience and initiate a dialogue.
His book When I grow up, I’ll be bilingual will benefit from special lighting during this exchange.
