In the light of the lanterns, walk through the history and the stories of a wine village with a rich heritage.

A guided tour will start in front of the Town Hall (1774) and will lead visitors to the rampart (14th century), by the round path to the pilgrimage chapel (exceptional collection of ex-voto), then to the Entrance Gate of the village, the courtyard of the castle of the Confrérie Saint-Etienne (former seat of the seigneury of Hohlandsbourg) and back to the town hall.

Today Kientzheim is a typical wine village. The architecture of the village is preserved and retains its traditional aspect, especially because of the presence of ramparts and many very typical houses making its heritage very rich. This city is also an ancient place of pilgrimage.
