Lycée Georges-de-La-Tour
1 place de Maud’Huy, 57000 Metz
The Lycée Georges-de-la-Tour, located in the imperial quarter, is a fine example of buildings erected during the first German annexation. Originally, it was a girls' college built in 1908 and opened in 1910\. During the First World War the institution was requisitioned to be transformed into a military hospital. Between 1940 and 1944, teaching will be in German only. Today the school offers rich and varied training for secondary and higher education students.
