The convent of Cistercian nuns Our Lady of the Angels of Saint Aignan was founded in 1641\. Abandoned and partially ruined following a fire in 2009, the Priory is the subject of a restoration project and rehabilitation begun in spring 2022, with the support of the Heritage Foundation.Some buildings, including the Abbesses Pavilion, have already been rehabilitated and made habitable again.
