Fief of the Dumoutier family of Dondainville, the site already included a castle in the sixteenth century disappeared today. In 1788 the construction of a new and vast castle with main houses and two pavilions began. Unfortunately, the revolution stopped about a third of the work. Nevertheless, the family continued to live there. In the 19th century, the last descendant of the family had the part built as a small country castle. In 1843, the estate was sold and transformed into a farm. Neglected, the site has just returned to the public domain, a redevelopment and restoration are under consideration.
