Former Benedictine abbey of the Congregation of Saint-Maur. It was built by Gueldouin Lord of Saumur, Duke of Amboise and Chaumont. She had a long educational and religious past and was especially a spectator at the famous Battle of Pontlevoy (War of 100 years). Today, the abbey chapel, a masterpiece of Gothic art (14th-15th centuries), the Charles VII tower (15th century) and the conventual buildings (18th century) are admired.
