The church is the result of successive constructions ranging from the 11th to the 16th century. The nave, the most remarkable part of the building, was built in 1230 and is covered with Angerin vaults or "Plantagenet". The choir, with its flat bedside, is flanked by two Renaissance chapels with magnificent sculptures.
