Installed(Settled) since 1862, the historic and archaeological collections of the city are presented in a splendid hotel of Renaissance style built by 1550 for Philippe Cabu, lawyer(avocado) in Châtelet of Orléans. Burnt down in 1940 and restored after the war, the building(ship) was redeveloped between 1960 and 1965.
