Orléans-La Source Campus Heritage Discovery Tour
A 45 to 60 minute tour will allow you to (re)discover the history of the University, from its creation in 1306 to its rebirth as part of the large urban project «d'Orléans II», prefiguration of the Orléans-La Source, which includes the construction of an open campus whose name «Oxford à la française» reflects the ambition, until today. It will also be an opportunity to present the richness of its heritage: built, artistic, natural and landscaped heritage. The issue of “sustainability” will be addressed through a few examples.
The students of the Master 2 Local Cultural Heritage Management will animate the course that they themselves designed as part of a master’s project, in connection with their student association (GLPC association).
