In 1823, the Bretons of Morbihan decided to dedicate a mausoleum to the memory of Georges Cadoudal, head of the Breton chouannerie, born in Kerléano. The neo-classical work adopts a circular plan and is elevated. The building, its terraces and the access staircase are classified as historical monuments.
