According to legend, Saint-Mériadec collected itself in solitude around 650 there, before becoming bishop of Vannes(gates, cracks). A called bell "Hat(Cap) of Saint-Mériadec", dated the 10th - 12th centuries, is always kept(preserved) by the municipality. Put on the head of the deaf persons, she(it) was supposed to bring their healing. In the chorus(choir), wall paintings(paints) represent the life of the saint, arranged on two registers and put together by four. The treatment(processing) of the characters is in the tradition of the medieval paintings(paints) of the 15th century.
