Several megaliths* testify to the age of human occupation in the territory of Ploufragan, and Gallic remains and various Gallo-Roman sites mark its presence.
*Covered aisle of the Duvet, covered aisle of the Argantel; covered aisle of the Grimolet; Menhir du Sabot form a rather exceptional alignment dating from 3000 BC. These monuments were collective graves with many burials.
