For this project, Max started from old postcards of emblematic places of the city, to which he superimposed his current photos. His work has gradually been enriched by numerous testimonies gathered from the Cercle de mémoire. The result illustrates the urban transformations that Vitré experienced from the end of the 19th century with the construction of the station, the creation of the park garden, etc.
