Abt Le Luyer ist die bekannteste und am meisten verehrte Persönlichkeit von Trébeurden. Sein kleiner Schützling, Jean Louis Hamon, Wildling, der vom Abt aus dem Elend gerissen wurde, wurde ein sehr großer Maler des 19. Jahrhunderts (heute vergessen), der Gemälde in den größten Museen der Welt hatte.
Trébeurden besitzt eines seiner ersten Gemälde, das autodidaktisch gemalt wurde. Gemälde, auf das Jean Louis Hamon am stolzesten war und das heute unter Denkmalschutz steht. Abbé Le Luyer is Trébeurden’s best-known and most revered personality. His little protégé, Jean Louis Hamon, a wildling, taken from poverty by the abbot, became a very great painter of the nineteenth century (now forgotten) with paintings in the world’s largest museums.

L'abate Le Luyer è la personalità più conosciuta e venerata di Trébeurden. Il suo piccolo protetto, Jean Louis Hamon, selvaggio, tratto dalla miseria dell'abate, divenne un grandissimo pittore del XIX secolo (oggi dimenticato) con dipinti nei più grandi musei del mondo.
Trébeurden possiede uno dei suoi primi quadri, dipinto da autodidatta. Dipinto di cui Jean Louis Hamon era il più orgoglioso, oggi classificato monumento storico. Una bella storia di donazione e restauro per sottoscrizione. Una bella storia di riconquista di un patrimonio perduto...

L'abbé Le Luyer est la personnalité la plus connue et la plus vénérée de Trébeurden. Son petit protégé, Jean Louis Hamon, sauvageon, tiré de la misère par l'abbé, devint un très grand peintre du XIXème siècle (aujourd'hui oublié) ayant des tableaux dans les plus grands musées du monde.
Trébeurden possède l'un de ses premiers tableaux, peint en autodidacte. Tableau dont Jean Louis Hamon était le plus fier, aujourd'hui classé monument historique. Une belle histoire de donation et restauration par souscription. Une belle histoire de reconquête d'un patrimoine perdu…
