The National Esperanto Museum was founded in 1977. Its collection includes approximately 6,000 books and pamphlets in or about Esperanto, 1,400 old and contemporary magazines and newspapers. Over the years, donations from famous esperantists and associations have enriched its collections. The museum also houses collections of various objects (postage stamps, postcards, advertising objects, technical brochures) related to Esperanto.
