In partnership with the Museum of Fine Arts of LouhansChâteaurenaud and the Ecomusée de la Bresse bourguignonne, the Atelier des Amis des Arts presents an exhibition in which the creation of yesterday answers the questions of the future.
It will be implemented from the graphic arts (drawing, engraving, etc.), declined on various media and will explore the relationships between writing and painting, echoing the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts and the typographic tools of the Museum of Printing.

The local museum, created on the initiative of the senator Lucien Guillemaut in 1885, was first installed(settled) in other premises(places) before being redeveloped in 1990, rue des Dôdanes. This museum, which does not cease growing rich benefits from important donations, especially those of bottoms Lasted, Bouchard and more recently, those of several new donors as André Biard (classic painting(paint) and more contemporary works with known signatures such as those of the Greuze, Butcher, Prud' hon, Pascin, Cocteau, Puvis de Chavannes, Foujita, Man Ray) and Suzanne Nicolas with bottoms(funds,collections) Thibaudet. Without forgetting the permanent collections with rooms devoted to the regional painters as Augustus De Loisy, Jules Guillemin, Louis James and Pierre Lenoir.
