The Anne de Beaujeu museum, heritage of the General Council of the Allier, occupies the detached house(flag) Renaissance builds by Anne de France and Pierre de Beaujeu by 1500 which came close the court(yard) of the prestigious palace of the dukes of Bourbon. The facade of the building(ship) consists of an Italian-style portico(gantry) in which opens a leaky tower of three arcades. Arcades present a dense outline of cornice at the level of archings and of écoinçons declining all ornamental register of Renaissance. The various collections of the museum (archaeology, medieval sculptures, moulinoises earthenwares, paintings(paints) of the XIXth century) spread(display) on 3 levels.
