A village marked by its history.
Founded in 1301, the new town of Marche is a jewel of Gothic civil and military architecture. It is also the only relic of a new Savoyard town with a rectangular plan that France has. The visit presents the history of this community and reveals the architecture: towers, ramparts, defensive elements and places of life (old houses, bread oven,...).
