The Educational Village Saint-Philippe is a 14-hectare site built by the Duchess of Galliera at the end of the 19th century. It consists of neo-gothic buildings: a castle with a panoramic view of the Hauts-de-Seine, a priory, a chapel, and a landscaped park. The Educational Village Saint-Philippe was originally an orphanage intended to accommodate 300 orphans in order to provide them with asylum, a Christian education and the apprenticeship of a trade. Today, Apprentis d'Auteuil, which has managed the site since 1947, welcomes, educates, trains and inserts more than 500 young people in difficulty into the establishments of the Village éducatif Saint-Philippe.
Come many, many!
