The Plan is a cultural facility of the Grand Paris Sud urban community. Located in Ris-Orangis, this recognized scene of contemporary music includes: a concert hall, a place of creation offering residences and providing studios. The project of the Plan is also at the heart of its territory, with a stated desire to organize cultural actions aimed at all audiences.
