The CEC - Théâtre de Yerres is a completely renovated venue with a modern 950-seat auditorium with a balcony. Surrounded by greenery since its creation, nature is also found inside: two large plant walls adorn the entrance of the building. Deeply rooted in the hearts of the inhabitants, it has contributed to the socio-cultural development of Yerres and remains one of the most emblematic buildings of the city. The performance hall is located exactly on the site of the former CEC: first integration equipment in France, built in 1967\. These facilities gathered in the same place, schools and social, socio-educational, cultural and sports establishments. These structures decided to pool their resources and premises in a perspective of local animation. Guillaume Budé College was the center of gravity of the CEC.
