The Ensemble vocal mixte Classic'n Swing, created in 2009 in Paris by Laurence Thomazeau, brings together 25 amateur singers of good level (singing by heart, with some scenic movements). His repertoire extends from the early 20th century to the present day, around a precise annual theme, so-called classical pieces and swing and jazz pieces. The 2024 season celebrates Water, a vector of multiple emotions through a classic work (The wound in the water, by Kim Andre Arnesen, for soprano, choir and chamber orchestra), followed by a wild round of gospels (Wade in the water, Down by the riverside), African songs (Dry your tears Africa), musicals (Singin' in the rain), and other surprises ... Emotion and good humor assured!
