On the occasion of the Fête de la musique, the Yellow Cube Gallery proposes you a sound(resounding) and visual experience(experiment) during the private view of exhibition(exposure) "Negative Noise / Saturation" devoted to the work of the artist Roxane Gouguenheim around sound and around frequency.
Roxane Gouguenheim, young French artist, dedicates herself for several years to Visual Arts, looking in material(subject) for the possibilities of a question setting around the perceptive spaces. His objective is to play on the aesthetic and conceptual subtleties of monochrome black and of frequencies. To be made, she tackles the question of the increase of sound up to her transformation(processing) in noise, in an impression(printing) of cinétisme, thanks to a work on assembly(editing) and saturation. In that way, the artist develops concepts with which she already works such as image screen, synaesthesia, sound, frequencies or else déterritorialisation of the perceptive fields.
