Associations in difficulty: how to better understand and prepare for legal proceedings?
The Local Support System (DLA) Hauts-de-France, PréV’Asso, UDES and the French Institute of Insolvency Practitioners (IFPPC) are organizing a meeting devoted to legal proceedings applicable to associations.
Whether amicable or collective, these procedures can raise questions among association leaders. However, a better understanding of them makes it possible to anticipate difficulties and identify the appropriate steps for each situation.
On the agenda:
- Understand the main amicable and collective procedures.
- Identify the situations that could lead an association to encounter difficulties.
- Better understand the management actions and responsibilities of association leaders.
- Exchange with professionals in judicial proceedings.
The meeting will benefit from the interventions of:
- Mr. Michaël ARAS, judicial representative.
- Mr. Gilbert DECLERCQ, judicial administrator.

Associations en difficulté : comment mieux comprendre les procédures judiciaires et s'y préparer ?
Le Dispositif Local d'Accompagnement (DLA) Hauts-de-France, PréV'Asso, l'UDES et l'Institut Français des Praticiens des Procédures Collectives (IFPPC) organisent une rencontre consacrée aux procédures judiciaires applicables aux associations.
Amiables ou collectives, ces procédures peuvent susciter des interrogations chez les dirigeants associatifs. Pourtant, mieux les comprendre permet d'anticiper les difficultés et d'identifier les démarches adaptées à chaque situation.
Au programme :
Comprendre les principales procédures amiables et collectives.
Identifier les situations pouvant conduire une association à rencontrer des difficultés.
Mieux appréhender les actes de gestion et les responsabilités des dirigeants associatifs.
Échanger avec des professionnels des procédures judiciaires.
La rencontre bénéficiera des interventions de :
Maître Michaël ARAS, mandataire judiciaire.
Maître Gilbert DECLERCQ, administrateur judiciaire.
Un rendez-vous pour permettre aux responsables associatifs de mieux appréhender ces procédures et de renforcer leur capacité à anticiper les difficultés.

Een bijeenkomst om geassocieerde leiders te helpen gerechtelijke procedures te begrijpen, te anticiperen op problemen en goede managementpraktijken te identificeren.

Worstelende associaties: hoe kunnen we een gerechtelijke procedure beter begrijpen en voorbereiden?
De lokale steunregeling (DLA) Hauts-de-France, Prév'Asso, UDES en het Franse Instituut voor beoefenaars van collectieve procedures (IFPPC) organiseren een vergadering die gewijd is aan juridische procedures die van toepassing zijn op verenigingen.
Deze vriendschappelijke of collectieve procedures kunnen vragen oproepen bij associatieve leiders. Als we ze echter beter begrijpen, kunnen we op problemen anticiperen en de juiste aanpak voor elke situatie bepalen.
Op de agenda:
- De belangrijkste onderlinge afspraken en collectieve procedures begrijpen.
- Identificeer situaties die ertoe kunnen leiden dat een associatie problemen ondervindt.
- Beter inzicht krijgen in de handelingen en verantwoordelijkheden van het management van associatieve leiders.
- Uitwisseling met beroepsbeoefenaren in gerechtelijke procedures.
De vergadering zal profiteren van de interventies van:

- MR Gilbert DECLERCQ, gerechtelijk administrateur.
Een afspraak om associatieve managers in staat te stellen deze procedures beter te begrijpen en hun vermogen om op problemen te anticiperen te vergroten.
