Am Samstag, den 6. Juni um 10 Uhr, entdecken Sie den historischen Garten von Mont-Dauphin bei einer kommentierten Besichtigung, die die Geschichte der im 18. und 19. Jahrhundert verwendeten Nahrungs- und Heilpflanzen nachzeichnet. Der Gärtner des Forts, leidenschaftlich für Botanik und Geschichte, wird Sie mit vielen Anekdoten durch die Zeit reisen lassen. Nach der Besichtigung folgt ein pflanzlicher Aperitif, bei dem die lokalen Pflanzen hervorgehoben werden. Am Nachmittag wird der Garten für freie Besichtigungen geöffnet, parallel zu pflanzlichen Workshops rund um Geschmack, Geruch und Berührung, die sich besonders an das junge Publikum richten und dem Thema dieser Ausgabe 2026 gerecht werden. Sonntag, 7. Juni, auch freie Besichtigung (10-17 Uhr). Sehbehinderte Publikum willkommen.

On Saturday, June 6 at 10 a.m., come and discover the historic garden of Mont-Dauphin during a guided tour that traces the history of food and medicinal plants used in the 18th and 19th centuries. The gardener of the stronghold, passionate about botany and history, will make you travel back in time, with many anecdotes. The visit will be followed by a plant-based aperitif that will give pride of place to local plants. In the afternoon, the garden will be open for free visits, in parallel with plant workshops on taste, smell and touch, particularly dedicated to young audiences and to respond, indirectly, to the theme of this 2026 edition. Sunday, June 7, also open to all (10am-5pm). Visually impaired public welcome.

Le samedi 6 juin à 10h, venez découvrir le jardin historique de Mont-Dauphin à l'occasion d'une visite commentée qui retrace l'histoire des plantes alimentaires et médicinales utilisées au XVIIIe et XIXe siècles. Le jardinier de la place-forte, passionné de botanique et d'histoire, vous fera voyager dans le temps, à grand renfort d'anecdotes. La visite sera suivie d'un apéro végétal qui fera la part belle aux plantes locales. L'après-midi, le jardin sera ouvert pour des visites libres, en parallèles d'ateliers végétaux autour du goût, de l'odorat et du toucher, particulièrement dédiés au jeune public et afin de répondre, en creux, à la thématique de cette édition 2026. Dimanche 7 juin, visite libre également (10h-17h). Public malvoyant bienvenu.

El sábado 6 de junio a las 10:00, venga a descubrir el jardín histórico de Mont-Dauphin con una visita comentada que relata la historia de las plantas alimenticias y medicinales utilizadas en los siglos XVIII y XIX. El jardinero de la plaza fuerte, apasionado por la botánica y la historia, le hará viajar en el tiempo, con gran cantidad de anécdotas. La visita será seguida por un aperitivo vegetal que hará la parte buena de las plantas locales. Por la tarde, el jardín estará abierto para visitas libres, en paralelo a talleres vegetales sobre el gusto, el olfato y el tacto, especialmente dedicados al público joven y con el fin de responder, en profundidad, a la temática de esta edición 2026. Domingo 7 de junio, visita libre también (10-17). Público con discapacidad visual bienvenido.
