Discover the medieval garden being created at the Chateau de Jaulny, inspired by the capitular of Villis.
Organized around 8 thematic squares bordered by plessis and a central basin, this garden invites you to stroll, discover and share.
🌱 On the agenda:

Barter of plants, seeds and cuttings (bring your own!)
Workshop around simple and herbal teas, animated by Reine-Chamomile (herbalist of Pagny) Manufacturing and tastings
Meeting with the members of the "Gardening at the Castle" group and the owner
Exchange of advice and know-how around the garden
🌸 A friendly and accessible moment for all, in a lively heritage setting.
🍰 Tavern de l'Armoise on site (drinks and homemade sweets)
🏰 Visits to the castle at 15h and 16:30

The park of the castle of Jaulny covers 1.5 ha including the ramparts. A medieval garden, a verdure cabinet and a chestnut tree are some of the charming corners adorning the Park. The history of the castle dates back to the eleventh century.
A rich cultural season takes place from May to the end of November, with 40 very varied events (medieval festival, theatre, concerts, JEP, Halloween, Lorraine festival, markets, Hildegarde de Bingen day, etc.) Visits to the castle take place on Sundays at 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm in season. Access to the garden is free.
