Der Verein Art et Patrimoine de Fay lädt Sie ein, die Backstube und die Veranda des ehemaligen Pfarrhauses aus dem 18. Jahrhundert zu besichtigen. Bei dieser Gelegenheit wird der ursprüngliche Ofen wieder in Betrieb genommen und bietet ein authentisches Erlebnis des altmodischen Backens. Sie können Brot, Pizza, Brötchen und Teigtaschen nach alter Tradition probieren und kaufen. Der Erlös aus dem Verkauf geht an den Verein, der sich für die Erhaltung des lokalen Erbes einsetzt.
Die Kirche Saint-Martin und das ehemalige Holzschuhwerk sind am Nachmittag ausnahmsweise für die Öffentlichkeit geöffnet. The association Art et Patrimoine de Fay invites you to visit the fournil and the 18th century porch of the old presbytery. On this occasion, the original oven will be put back into operation, offering an authentic old-fashioned cooking experience. You can taste and buy breads, pizzas, bourdins and teurgoule, all prepared according to the methods of yesteryear. The profits from this sale will be donated to the association, which works for the preservation of local heritage.
The church of Saint-Martin and the old clog workshop will be exceptionally open to the public in the afternoon, offering a unique opportunity to discover the heritage of Fay in a friendly and warm atmosphere. In questa occasione, il forno originale sarà riavviato, offrendo un'autentica esperienza di cottura all'antica. Potrete degustare e acquistare pane, pizza, bordoni e teurgoule, tutti preparati secondo i metodi di un tempo. Il ricavato della vendita sarà devoluto all'associazione, che opera per la conservazione del patrimonio locale.
