Die Kapelle Sainte Scholastique ist ein kleines romanisches Juwel am Rande des Waldes, das vom feudalen Herrenhaus von Monthibeault (um 1830 zerstört) abhängt. Sie wurde der heiligen Scholastica, Schutzpatronin der Stadt von Le Mans, durch den Herrn von Monthibault im Jahr 1204 gewidmet. Dieses religiöse Gebäude ist reich an verschiedenen Stilen, die sich vom 12. bis zum 18. Jahrhundert erstrecken. Im Inneren befindet sich ein Altarbild aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit den Statuen der heiligen Scholastica, der heiligen Margarita, der heiligen Maria und des heiligen Roch.
Anlässlich der Europäischen Tage des Kulturerbes 2025 wird die Kapelle am Samstag, den 20. September geöffnet sein:

The Sainte Scholastique chapel is a small Romanesque jewel nestled at the edge of the woods which depended on the feudal manor of Monthibeault (destroyed around 1830). It was dedicated to Saint Scholastica, patroness of the city of Le Mans, by the Lord of Monthibault in 1204. This religious building is rich in several styles ranging from the 12th to the 18th centuries. Inside, an 18th century altarpiece includes the statues of Saint Scholastica, Saint Margaret, Saint Mary and Saint Roch.
On the occasion of the European Heritage Days 2025, the chapel will be open on Saturday, September 20:

La cappella Sainte Scholastique è un piccolo gioiello romanico incastonato ai margini dei boschi che dipendeva dal maniero feudale di Monthibeault (distrutto intorno al 1830). Fu dedicata a santa Scolastica, patrona della città di Le Mans, dal signore di Monthibault nel 1204. Questo edificio religioso è ricco di diversi stili che vanno dal XII al XVIII secolo. All'interno, una pala d'altare del XVIII secolo comprende le statue di santa Scholastica, santa Margherita, santa Maria e san Rocco.
In occasione delle giornate europee del patrimonio 2025, la cappella sarà aperta sabato 20 settembre:

La chapelle Sainte Scholastique est un petit joyau roman blotti à l’orée des bois qui dépendait du manoir féodal de Monthibeault (détruit vers 1830). Elle fut dédiée à sainte Scholastique, patronne de la ville du Mans, par le seigneur de Monthibault en 1204. Cet édifice religieux est riche de plusieurs styles s’étalant du XIIe au XVIIIe siècles. À l’intérieur, un retable du XVIIIe siècle comprend les statues de sainte Scholastique, sainte Marguerite, sainte Marie et saint Roch.
A l'occasion des journées européennes du patrimoine 2025, la chapelle sera ouverte le samedi 20 septembre :

La capilla de Santa Escolástica es una pequeña joya románica situada en el borde del bosque que dependía de la mansión feudal de Monthibeault (destruida hacia 1830). Fue dedicada a santa Escolástica, patrona de la ciudad de Le Mans, por el señor de Monthibault en 1204. Este edificio religioso es rico en varios estilos que se extienden desde el siglo XII hasta el XVIII. En el interior, un retablo del siglo XVIII incluye las estatuas de santa Escolástica, santa Margarita, santa María y san Roque.
