Die Abfahrt erfolgt von einem typischen Dorf mit Fachwerkhäusern, in dem die Kirche Saint-Martin im Schatten eines tausendjährigen Höhlenbaums über ihren Friedhof wacht. Eine schmackhafte Anekdote ist damit verbunden: Früher stellte der Metzger seinen Stand in die Vertiefung dieses ehrwürdigen Baumes, kurz nach der Messe. Zwischen Bocage, fettigen Wiesen, ländlichen Hecken und Wald bietet diese Wanderung einen historischen und unerwarteten Zwischenstopp auf dem Bauernhof Le Ponctey im Zusammenhang mit den Überresten eines ehemaligen deutschen Flugplatzes aus dem Zweiten Weltkrieg.

La partenza si effettua da un tipico villaggio con case a graticcio, dove la chiesa di Saint-Martin veglia sul suo cimitero all'ombra di un albero millenario dal tronco cavo. Vi è legato un aneddoto gustoso: una volta, il macellaio ergeva la sua stalla nella cavità di questo albero venerabile, all'uscita della messa. Tra bocce, prati grassogliacchi, siepi rurali e foresta, questa escursione riserva una sosta storica e imprevista alla fattoria del Ponctey in collegamento con i resti di un antico campo d'aviazione tedesco della seconda guerra mondiale.

Le départ s'effectue depuis un village typique aux maisons à colombage, où l'église Saint-Martin veille sur son cimetière à l'ombre d'un if millénaire au tronc creux. Une anecdote savoureuse y est attachée : autrefois, le boucher dressait son étal dans le creux de cet arbre vénérable, à la sortie de la messe. Entre bocage, prairies grasses, haies champêtres et forêt, cette randonnée réserve une halte historique et gourmande inattendue à la ferme du Ponctey en lien avec les vestiges d'un ancien terrain d'aviation allemand de la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Una anécdota sabrosa está unida a ella: antiguamente, el carnicero levantaba su establo en la cavidad de este árbol venerable, al salir de la misa. Entre matorrales, praderas grasosas, setos rurales y bosque, esta caminata reserva una parada histórica y gastronómica inesperada en la granja de Ponctey en conexión con los restos de un antiguo aeródromo alemán de la Segunda Guerra Mundial.
