Cycle of cultural initiatives "Fragrances" organised by the City of Chaumont in silos from September 7th till November 30th, 2019 with the financial Big(Great) support of the National Book Centre, of DRAC is and of the Big(Great) Regional Council Est and in partnership with Pythagoras Éditions, Osmothèque, Sign – national centre of graphics(handwriting) and Museums of Chaumont.

The silos house a media library in the heart of the Chaumont station district in Haute-Marne. The name recalls that the building was originally an agricultural cooperative, characteristic of 1930s architecture. The rehabilitation project in 1994 allowed to preserve the old grain hoppers, which cross the floors from side to side revealing an impressive glass building in its appearance, both inside and outside. In 2011, the building was awarded the «Heritage of the 20th century» label issued by the Ministry of Culture and Communication.
