In the hollow of a valley, and surrounded by 200 hectares of wood and plain, the Domaine du Château de Lantheuil is located in Normandy, in the heart of the golden triangle of Calvados, between the Bayeux Tapestry, the landing beaches of June 6, 1944 and the Second World War Memorial in Caen. The Estate became a Historical Monument in 1931\. Built in 1613 for the Turgot family, the Louis XIII-style castle surrounded by moats is highlighted by four-century plane trees. It is located at the end of a large avenue of honor bordered by a double row of beech trees and presents south of the French gardens. The entire Domaine composes an ideal setting for contemporary creation.
