UNDERSTAND THE TRANSFORMATIONS OF CHATEAU DE CAEN AND ITS PROJECT (PAST AND ONGOING PROJECTS)

In the heart of a heritage in transformation, students will discover the life of construction site and travel through the ages. They will follow different states of the castle from the eleventh century to the present day.
Thanks to the models visible at the Guettée and the site environment, they will discover the project of transformation of this exceptional heritage, will understand that it is not fixed and that it can be preserved while evolving. The mediator will then guide them through a journey in the heart of the castle, which will allow them to better understand the site, the urban setting and the integration of the castle in the city.
