My dead souls are alive! ENJOY
I have something in common with Pavel Ivanovich Chichikov in search of his dead souls. Like him in Gogol’s novel, I tirelessly pursue my dead souls.
I am a Tchitchitchikov looking for an ancestral soul! It was therefore with a certain appetite that I approached the dead (living) souls of the Malevich, Kandinsky, Modi and Jeanne, Bonnard and Marthe, the Chelsea Hotel, Courbet and Constance. Dalí liked to shout at his Gala: the soul is in the fresh egg with blood, fish and milk! And me? I’m probably in the back of a Duchamp suitcase, or on a photo-repainted by Richard Prince, or even in the controlled metamorphoses of Basquiat.
ENJOY and never be non-existent in this world of illusions.
