Arte Charpentier and arc en rêve architecture center propose a day of exchanges entitled «Dess(e)ins d'un territoire viticole», on October 8, at arc en rêve and at the Château Carsin in Rions.
This meeting will bring together researchers, local stakeholders and wine professionals. After the screening of a 4-minute film, a round table, moderated by Nathalie Leroy from Arte Charpentier, will explore contrasting future scenarios: sanctuarization and historical protection, development of other sources of income, evolution of wine practices, impacts on the landscape.
Speakers such as Eric Giraud-Héraud (INRAE researcher), Vincent Joineau (mayor of Rions), Jean-Claude Hinnewinkel (geographer) and Néa Berglund (winemaker) will share their expertise.
The opportunity to confront perspectives and actively participate in reflection on the future of the Bordeaux territory.

The program of arc en rêve of international reference and local involvement revolves around the implementation of exhibitions, conferences, debates, editions, animations with children, seminars for adults, visits of buildings, urban routes, and experiments in the field of development. All these initiatives promote the discovery of contemporary architectural creation in Bordeaux, in the region and around the world. arc en rêve centre d'architecture is supported by the city of Bordeaux since its creation, with the help of the State - DRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Ministry of Culture and Communication. Since 2006, the Bordeaux Urban Community has participated in the funding of the centre. A regional hub of resources for architecture and design, arc en rêve operations also rely on private partners.
