Exhibition "Immortal" by Kares Le Roy
Imagined as a journey in a country with a thousand faces, the Immortal exhibition is a love song to Iran and its traditions. Through a long term photographic work covering ten years of travel, he bears witness to what humanity has been able to do in this region of the world, crystallizing what is most beautiful, noble and ingenious at the same time.
Between poetry and mythology, Kares Le Roy draws up here a series of portraits, scenes of life and landscapes, realized until the confines of this vast country. Traveling through the most remote places or accompanying for a while the unknown tribes of the eastern part, the photographer evokes through his work the whole memory of this fascinating territory. A way of reminding us that ancient Persia has known how to cross the ages without losing its brilliance.
