About the location

Frac Île-de-France, Les Réserves
43 rue de la Commune de Paris 93230 Romainville
  • Seine-Saint-Denis
  • Île-de-France
Preserve and activate the collection of the Frac Île-de-France (Fonds régional d'art contemporain), make it dialogue with the emerging scene and open it to participation.
In 2021, the Frac Île-de-France acquired a new building in Romainville, whose main function is to host its collection. 1,600 m2 are devoted to the conservation and management of works, in order to optimize their distribution throughout the territory of the Île-de-France. This new building allows to show the action carried out with and around the collection, from the works that constitute it to all the related professions in terms of conservation, management and dissemination of the collection.
The Reserves also offer 450m2 of exhibition space open to the public and offer 3 exhibitions per year, visits and workshops to discover an important collection of contemporary art.
