The team will tell the story of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts de la Marionnette (ESNAM) while opening the doors of the students' workspaces: construction workshops, plastic arts room, instrumentarium… A unique school in France, to discover. As part of Temps d'M, inter-Festival Mondial des Théâtres de Marionnettes, from 18 to 22 September 2024. A special edition that highlights teaching at ESNAM through the programming of shows from the 13 generations of graduates.
Time: 45 minutes.
Visits will also take place on Wednesday 18 September at 11:00 and 15:30.

The Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts de la Marionnette (ESNAM) has been dedicated to training female puppeteers for more than thirty years. It is the only national art school for the initial training of puppeteers in France.
The ESNAM provides a high level initial training through a 3-year degree course: National Higher Professional Diploma of Actor, actor-puppeteer specialty (DNSPC), accompanied by a license Performing Arts. This school, accessible by competition, allows to follow the teaching of French and foreign artists. It aims to master the fundamentals of contemporary puppetry, while ensuring the development of the artistic language of each. The School accompanies the first professional steps within three years after graduation through different devices.
