Learn how to make your sourdough bread during a Sustainable Development workshop at the Ferme du Héron, on Friday 27 March from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

The objective of this workshop is to introduce the principles of natural sourdough bread making in a practical, educational and accessible approach. After reviewing the steps to succeed in your bread (choice of ingredients, preparation and baking tips,...) each participant will leave with the bread he has made and its starter, as well as a small summary guide. Participants are invited to bring an oven dish of their choice (25 cm long x 11 cm wide x 7 cm high) and a cloth to take the bread prepared during the workshop and bake it at home.

La fabrication de Pain au levain accessible au quotidien
Apprenez à fabriquer votre pain au levain lors d'un atelier Développement Durable à la Ferme du Héron, le vendredi 27 mars de 18h30 à 20h30.

L’objectif de cet atelier est de faire découvrir les principes de la panification au levain naturel dans une approche à la fois pratique, pédagogique et accessible. Après avoir passé en revue les étapes pour réussir son pain (choix des ingrédients, conseils préparation et cuisson,…) chaque participant repartira avec le pain qu’il aura réalisé et son levain, ainsi qu’un petit guide récapitulatif. Les participants sont invités à apporter un plat à four de leur choix (25 cm de long x 11 cm de large x 7cm de haut) et un torchon pour emmener le pain préparé durant l’atelier et le cuire chez eux.

Het doel van deze workshop is om de principes van het maken van natuurlijk zuurdeeg in een praktische, educatieve en toegankelijke aanpak te introduceren. Na het doornemen van de stappen om uw brood te vullen (keuze van ingrediënten, bereidings- en baktips,...) elke deelnemer vertrekt met het brood dat hij heeft gemaakt en de voorgerecht, evenals een kleine beknopte gids. Deelnemers worden uitgenodigd om een ovenschaal naar keuze (25 cm lang x 11 cm breed x 7 cm hoog) en een doek mee te nemen om het brood dat tijdens de workshop is bereid, mee te nemen en thuis te bakken.
